It is located at the back street, therefore it is not suitable for somebody who will be coming back late in the evening. It would maybe suit people who travel as groups for example school children as 1 room accommodate up to 12people.
There was no hot water, but I did not make any complaint about it because by that time I already made my mind that, it's not the place for me. I booked for 4 nights but, only stayed for 1night. If it was not because I was rushing to go to the stadium to watch the games I would not have stayed even that night.
Staff are friendly, but they need to reduce the number of beds in rooms.
