“ very narrow stairs, no tea/coffee making facilities and help yourself to breakfast, with little choice of cereal. The en-suite you normally find in cabins on a ferry and smelled.
No lifts, so if you have luggage you have to struggle, the reception is in the basement down very steep stairs, no help given with your luggage
