“ Interesting and novel surroundings - was a bit ut off by the number of young people sitting smoking on the steps when we arrived. most staff really pleasant and helpful - only one was too busy chatting up a young girl and ignored us completely. The bar is lots of fun but is very very noisy. If you have an early start in the morning best to get a room on a different floor. The showers smell a bit - rains I think but were clean. The room was very small but adequate. If I had been 25 years younger I would probably have totally loved it, however at age 46 I was still abe to appreciate what a great place this is for young travellers

Excellent for the young.
One thing annoying me is that the standard room I stayed is vulnerable to the noise made by neighborhoods.
FYI, to save money keep towels which costs two pounds per each, especially in case of long stay or international travelers.
