“ When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that the booking was actually in the Millenium next door and not the Baileys Millenium - this is disappointing as we have stayed in this hotel on several occasions in the past and the booking was wrong - even our booking receipt was incorrect.

“ I cannot comment about Millennium Baileys Hotel as when we arrived they moved us to the Millennium Gloucester next door. I would have preferred to have been informed prior to our arrival that they couldn't accommodate us there and would have made a decision for ourselves on an alternative. Is this normal practice?

“ As this hotel was the base for a surprise weekend in London to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday I was delighted with the choice. This was despite the fact that I had to complain within 5 minutes of arriving, about our room door being open and a dirty towel left in the bathroom. The response to this complaint was to set the tone for the whole weekend (we were moved to another room immediately); it was a wonderful break. All aspects of the hotel and staff were excellent, in fact the staff couldn't do enough to help you. The room, the breakfast, the ambience, the area (Kensington) and the proximity to Central London, for the competitive price, I don't believe could be bettered. We will definitely stay there again.
“ Top Tip: A great pub, the Hereford Arms is 300m away - great food and great beer, once again at competitive prices, bearing in mind the area. We went on the Friday night when it was very full but with a great atmosphere and again on Sunday afternoon when it was much quieter. On both occasions the quality of Fullers ales was excellent.
