“ The Seraphine Kensington Olympia is in essence, a very lovely hotel and my room was decorated to a high standard however, it is very, very small. I was travelling alone but it would be far too small for two people and there was very little room to move in the bathroom also. If you can cope with the small size (which seems to be the standard for London hotels nowadays), the receptionist was very, very helpful and was always happy to help with any request. It's also in a great location on Kensington High Street too. One important point to note is, there is no lift and it's a steep climb up a large flight of stairs to get to the reception and the rooms. As soon as I walked into the hotel, the receptionist hurried down the stairs and carried my suitcase up the stairs for me (which was wonderful).

“ Very modern and comfortable hotel. Rooms are on the small side but very chic. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very wecoming. The only criticism would be that the tv channels automatically switched off at a certain time and could not be regained.
“ Top Tip: Only two minutes walk from Kensington High Street tube station.
