This is a fantastic place to stay. The apartment has everything you need for self catering in London. It is 10 minutes (slow) walk at the most from Paddington station. The staff were impeccable and very accommodating.
We're a couple with a 10 year old autistic son, who loved it here.
The price was very competitive for London, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the room was extremely clean, and a nice size compared to some places I have stayed in London.
I have recommended this apartment hotel to my family and friends, and intend to stay there again myself.

This hotel has some very poor reviews, and I was apprehensive about staying here. However, on the whole, everything was fine. Our appartment was hardly an appartment, consisting of a double bed, a sink, fridge, microwave, hob. The bathroom was small. and poorly lit. The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable, with freshly laundered linen. We did complain about a strong smell of drains/lack of ventilation in the bathroom on the first night. I have to say that they put this right in time for our second night, and the unpleasant smell did not bother us again.
For a short stay, we found the appt ok. The price is actually cheaper than you would pay in a hotel. Remember, this is not really an appt, and some of the photos on the website are misleading. great location, pleasant area.
