“ Staff were very polite and helpfull. Hotel was very clean and room clean and well presented. Stayed in room 207 on the second floor, looked out onto the garden at the rear. nice room, quiet and not overlooked. Good Shower nice and clean. Bed comfy. Fridge And room Safe. Tea/Coffee Maker looked an up to the minute bit of kit, but did not perform well as it delivered hot water but not boiling. so most drinks went down the sink after one sip. Continental breakfast was good value and they make a god pot of tea. Tube station was handy 300 yds away. Free parking was a plus.

“ very clean hotel...............staff were very polite and very helpful, would recommend staying. Close to tube stations (north ealing was only minutes away by foot) and it took about half hour to the city centre and no changes were necessary.
“ Top Tip: easy to get to by car as situated on the north circular. Limited parking but parking available at local tube station for a £1 a day

“ I thought the hotel was excellent value and we will definitely stay there again, we booked two rooms for a Saturday night. The staff were really lovely and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay a very good experience; we arrived at the hotel at about 10am and the staff brought us complimentary teas, coffees and pastries. We were celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday and they moved her from the ground floor to a quieter 2nd floor room, which they thought would be nicer. This was all done prior to our check-in, so there was no inconvenience. We thought ground and second floor rooms were both very nice, although the ground floor rooms are directly off the reception area so slightly noisier (On the ground floor, you are also a bit closer to the road which is very busy). The hotel's garden is small but very attractive we sat outside on the lawn reading the papers and had our breakfast on the sunny terrace - we could even hear the birds sing! The tube takes about 25 mins to South Kensington and the train station (which is very quaint) is a two minute walk away. We did not get a chance to sample the Japanese restaurant because it isn't open on Sundays but it looked really good - I definitely want to try it next time! The hotel rooms were a reasonable size and had very good coffee and tea making facilities, the bathrooms only had showers but they were very good showers and the ground floor room had a particularly large shower/wet room. The toiletries were also nice quality - Crabtree and Evelyn I think. This hotel is very handy for the West End - you get a lovely hotel but without the cost of staying in the West End - good for a theatre or shopping break and also very handy for Wembley. With this hotel it is the little extra touches that the staff do, that make it so nice.
“ Top Tip: If you come into London from the West side this hotel is perfectly situated being on the A40 itself - we usually stay in South London and this cut our journey time by well over an hour. The hotel also (unusually) has free parking if you get there early and is a couple of minutes from the tube, so you can park the car and hop on the tube. We walked to Ealing Broadway and Common which is very attractive and we also took a short tube ride to Turnham Green which has a lovely array of shops, cafes and restaurants. There's a quirky antique/bric a brac shop next to Strada which used to be an old cinema - which was particularly nice to browse around. There are also some smart charity shops, gift shops a Raymond Blanc cafe etc

My wife and I both agreed that this was a lovely hotel the room was very comfortable and very clean and the bed also lovely. The staff could not more friendly and helpfull. There is a choice of tube stations as well as the railway station to whisk you into the city in about 20 minutes.
Would stay here again without hesitation.
“ Top Tip: A short walk into Ealing gives you ample opportunity for various eating and drinking places.
