Top Tip:
The Express Tavern at Kew Bridge which is 5 mins walk from the hotel is one of the last real, well run traditional pubs in London.
Serves good home cooked food as well - an excellent establishment.

Stay was good the only thing we found is that we could not pre-book our breakfast as we did when we booked direct with hotel before.
We also found that the cafe staff were very stetched, with customers waiting for breakfast items ie beans, sausage, knives, forks and cups.
the staff are very friendly and helpful.
