When we arrived at the hotel there was no one to meet us just the phone ringing and ringing, when a lady arrived (mouth full of food) she ignored us and answered the phone and was shock when they hung up!!
We were given a room key and directed where to go, no offer of a newspaper, wake up call, evening meal - nothing.
Only 1 set of towels in the room, dirty bin full of rubbish from the previous guests, filthy mugs on the tea and coffee tray. I was really disapointed with breakfast too, no menu just told we could have whet ever we wanted???? had to make own toast, was very dark in the bar - not restaurant. Such a shame as looks really nice on the website but quite misleading.

“ Stayed at this hotel as we were attending a funeral in London. The owners were very friendly, and even loaned us a black tie as we had forgotten ours. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices.
