“ We didn't get to stay in the apartment as 15 minutes after we emailed the apartment to finalise arrangements, we were telephoned back to say they were double booked. To be fair on the hotel staff she did ring round and book us into a bed and breakfast for the 3 nights and this was confirmed at 23.45 on the night before travel.The bed and breakfast was ok but it was not what we required ie not in the right area, no cooking facilities etc.
