“ Standard rooms are very small, which can be a problem if you are staying for more than 1 night. Everything else satisfactory. Staff very helpful, breakfast good. Only criticism, if you stay at the weekend, ie. Friday/Saturday nights, expect loud music and noise until the early hours! Also, on this visit, someone was smoking in room next door (Room 207, Floor 2), which came through the vent in the bathroom.

The hotel was adequate but there was no heating. The weather did get quite cold during my stay and I was told that the heating is thermostatically controlled and would come on when the temperature went down enough. This, however, only happened in parts of the building and my corridor/room was not one of them. Breakfast is ok but L7.50; evening meals in the restaurant are expensive and the food seems to be a bit tasteless.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful and there is entertainment on Satarday night.

“ We stayed for 3 nights in a standard room. On reflection, I should have booked a larger room, because the hotel is extremely busy and was too late to change when we arrived. Standard rooms are excellent for 1 night stay. You really cannot beat the Cresta Court though for price and value. We stay about 4 times a year and you cannot fault it.

“ Very happy. Food at breakfast and dinner was good with varied selection. Helpful staff. Unfortunately the only public elevator was out of order for the whole of our stay, and this would have presented serious problems for the less-able of visitors, but this is the only negative point that arose.
