“ As I have stayed here many times its the reason why its so popular for me, near to Picadilly rail station, near to Metro train system, near shops and either walk or £5 taxi to Deansgate, where there are excellant restaurants, although the Smoak restaurant is equally good at the Malmaison

Pros - good location, decor very nice, felt special and great breakfast.
Cons- small room, very thin cheap quilt and bath looking as if been borrowed from travelodge.
I do wonder if when booking through a discount site you are given the less appealing rooms.
Reecption staff were very pleasant and helpful.
