This charming 16th century Inn is located on the A466 just 4 miles from Chepstow Race Course, at Tintern Abbey in the lower Wye Valley and close to Monmouth and the Forest of Dean. The spacious ground floor bedrooms arranged around a beautiful garden along side the River provide a warm and welcoming resting place after your day exploring. You can enjoy and drink in the gardens or in the lounge with real log fires before your Dinner in the itimate restaurant serving hearty Welsh and Borders fayre.

“ The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive. The food served during my stay was extremely good with a varied menu to suit most peoples tastes. An excellent wine list.

I would recommend this hotel for people who want a good base for exploring the surrounding area of the Wye Valley and Monmouthshire.
