The Wye Valley Hotel

The world Famous 12th Century Tintern Abbey is only a five-minute walk away. The Wye Valley is a paradise for walkers, birdwatchers and those simply wishing to escape the ratrace. The Wye Valley Hotel is an ideal base for touring further into Wales or accross the river to the Forest of Dean. We Have nine en-suite rooms, we pride ourselves on being able to give inpidual attention to our guests so that their stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as it can possibly be. All rooms are equipped with colour televisions, direct dial telephones, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Laundry service is available on request. Our Chef uses fresh local produce and can cater for any special dietary needs and choices range from speciality steaks to Welsh, and international dishes.

An extensive menu is available in the bar, which also provides a full range of beers, including Real Ale, spirits, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.Our Dining Room is a no smoking area where we can cater for private parties, weddings, general get-togethers, or romantic candle lit dinners for two. In the mornings, Sue's cooked breakfast will set you up for the day ahead! traditional Sunday Lunch Carvery is very popular.
