“ the hotel was clean and the staff on the backshift was excellent and couldnt be more helpful. they ordered a taxi for us to go to the night out and to return to the hotel. when we came out of the club our taxi never arrived (not the fault of the hotel) but we had to wait another 1 hour in the snow for another taxi . when we arrived back at hotel my wives and daughters feet were absolutely freezing and i went down to the reception to ask for another couple of blankets and was told that there was none and we would have to make do with what we had. the nightshift staff were appalling and no help whatsoever.
