The hotel was just as we expected and we enjoyed our stay very much.
The food, esp. the breakfast were five star, thuogh the drinks were quite exopensive.
“ Top Tip: We ate on the second night at a fish rest. named the Drum and Monkey, the food and atmosphere were really enjoyable, though the service (table not ready for 30 mins, having to chase up drinks and menus etc) could and given the price, should have been much better. But, the food was delicious !

“ Quick and efficient check in with lovely, charming receptionists, no hassles. very nice clean room, excellent selection of teas and ground coffee although the coffee was out of date,beautiful building very tastefully designed nice atmosphere, fab breakfast very friendly and accommodating waiting staff,would definately stay here again on our next trip to Harrogate

“ I have now stayed at the Hotel Du Vin four consecutive years. I regret to say the room I was allocated this year was showing signs of wear espescially the bathroom. The food and service in the evening was as good as ever but it would help if they sorted out the staff for breakfast. One waitress is not sensible.
“ Top Tip: Bettys Kitchen is a must for a snack meal or tea.
