“ I have one main criticism regarding the hotel i stayed at, i had booked a doublr room for two people so was disapointed to find they had only suplied towels for one in the room, not much fun in the morning when your both trying to shower.
“ Top Tip: No for the reason i wasnt there for that.

“ Really dissapointed! Stayed 2 nights room wasn't cleaned as requested after the 1st night. Required extra pillows so called reception who said they would bring some up to us but they never arrived. No hot water on the final morning so had to leave without being able to shower. Staff told us to boil the kettle to fill the sink to wash but there wasn't any water at all by this time so how were we meant to do this? Beds awful and because of laminate flooring in rooms the level of noise was terrible. When I reported these problems on my departure the receptionist wasn't at all interested or apologetic. Overall a very bad service and a really dissapointing stay.
