“ Hotel was worn out and shabby and the room really "tired". Gym and swimming pool were closed and no warning had been given in advance. Very disappointing and overpriced considering the above. With considerable refurbishment it could be very good.
“ Top Tip: No. Location for anything in St Helens area is excellent but access by road is extremely confusing.

“ The fabric of the Hotel is now very shabby. Chairs in the bedroom which originally were varnished now have very little varnish left and this also applied to the wardrobes and dressing table. The staff and service was excellent however. The property generally is in need of major refurbisment. I have also emailed Park Inn saying much the same

“ The room was too cold. Not enough warm bedding in the room. As we arrived late back at the hotel, we thought it was too late to advise any one. Perhaps we should have done.

Each of the guest rooms are equipped with en-suite facilities, direct dial telephone and television. The hotel features a restaurant onsite which serves from 12pm to 9.00pm daily.

A modern hotel ideally located for overnight stops for those en route to the Lake District or Southern England and ideal for leisure guests. The hotel is renowned for its entertainment every Friday and Saturday and facilities include the tropically themed Palms Restaurant and Cocktail Bar and the oak-beamed Nelson's Bar. Ideally located just 7 miles from Liverpool Airport.
“ To be honest it was difficult to review the hotel as we only slept in it and had breakfast. However what I experienced was excellent. Tidy and friendly staff. I would have scored it higher apart from the table cloth at breakfast was dirty and looked like it had not been changed from the previous nights service. Apart from that I was happy and would stay again.

The 102 rooms are all bright and spacious and include facilities such as FREE internet access in all rooms LCD TV's a work-station a stylish wet-room with power shower glass tiled walls and feature sink.The Hotel includes ample FREE car parking a relaxed lounge area for bistro-style snacks and drinks a bar and an informal restaurant. FREE WIFI is available in all public areas.The buffet breakfast is a feature of the hotel as it offers plenty of choice for all tastes and diets.Free car parking and Free internet access in all rooms
