We arrrived at the hotel 2:55pm and were told that they cannot book us into the hotel as the system only allows them to enter at 3:00pm.
After waiting for the 5 minutes we then were told they cannot book us in as we did not have our superbreak vouchers. They were very unhelpfull and then said we had to find an internet cafe to print the vouchers.
At the end we phoned travel republic our selfs (who were very helpfull and very friendly) and they then spoke to the hotel receptionist who then had no problem booking us in, but had a problem to think of a solution herself. After all the drama they then said if we need anything to just ask.
And we did.... we asked for shampoo and was told it is a no star hotel, so no shampoo. Really really bad service.
They have no customer service facing skills and no knowledge of their immediate enviroment.
There is a JD weatherspoon right next to the hotel, probably the only good thing about this hotel.
