“ A typical Country- Town Coaching Inn. Bar area attractive and all staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast plentiful and enjoyed in a pleasant room. We were given a room on the top floor of three and there is no lift. The beds were comfortable and all was clean. Plenty of hot water and good sized towels. The central heating was operated economically by the management but a small convector was also provided. The room was small and in both the bedroom and bathroom things were made to fit in the limited and original room-shapes. The bathroom window had long since passed its sell-by date. Our two night stay was about right, giving time to visit the area, but a longer stay may have needed a degree of tollerence.

Room was delightful, far above what I expected for a single room.
Breakfast tasty & filling.
Long walk to the room though through cold corridors.
“ Top Tip: Unfortunately due to business didn't get a chance to look around.
