Directions:
Leave M40 at junction 9. Follow the A34 towards Oxford until the Peartree interchange. Take 4th exit onto A44 and go over the next three roundabouts. At 4th roundabout (with the Royal Sun pub) go all the way around the roundabout as if you are going back the way you came. Then take the immediate left turn into Begbroke and 2nd right into Begbroke Lane. Follow until the end of the lane where you have to turn right into Sandhill Road. We are the 2nd house on the right.;
