“ Very pleasant desk staff both days. Hotel very clean including room and sheets etc,. Hotel room on the cold side, mind-you it was raining all the time we were in Oxford so it was damp outside. Fittings on shower taps and hand basin had losed their hot/cold markings!
“ Top Tip: There was a waitrose mini shop close-by but would have had to go out in the rain to expore!

We were shock to know that our rooms are not booked, on arrival to the hotel.we have argue and insist that we did booking through you.we were told that there is no such booking was there.after prolonged discussion we were provided with rooms.
I be leave there was lot noise in the hotel and there was no one to stop them.

“ Basic accommodation with no catering facilities. Noisey but conveniently located. Really rather over-priceded at £64 per room, especially when other people booked the same rooms for as little as £25. Good value at the cheaper end of the variable price-range but bot worth the higher price.
