The reception staff were most helpful.
The room was exceptionally clean / nicely decorated.
The bed was most comfortable.
The bathroom facilities were good.
The very adequate continental breakfast was brought up to us exactly on time.
Overall, we were most pleased that we had chosen to stay there ... especially since we had no idea what it would be like before we arrived.
