The Brig - Carronbridge Hotel

The Brig - formerly known as the carronbridge hotel, is a historical coaching inn, a place for travellers to stop for rest and refreshments, which is just what it does today .
Real coal fires blaze away in both the bar and the lounge. The bar has sky sports and all guest and bunk rooms have sky tv , wifi is available to guests throughout the hotel .
Home made real pub grub , bar snacks and childrens menu are available as are yummy home made cakes and scones.
Sunday lunch(home made - yum).
Monday and friday evening is darts night , so bring your arrows!!
Thursday evening is jammers night , so bring your instrument !!
Rooms available are guest rooms or bunk rooms. guest rooms start at £35 pp pernight a double room being £50 this includes a continental breakfast tray.
Bunk rooms - We have a 4 people and an 8 person bunkroom available at £18 pp per night, (min 2 stay) breakfast tray £4.00.
Snuggled into the side of the beautiful Carronvalley with views to die for and a huge level beer garden, no noise or light pollution, safe parking even for big wagons , the Brig is the ideal stopping off place. Trout fishing available either from our river bank or at the 1000 acre carron valley reservior . The Carron valley mountain bike trails are also local - ask about safe storage for your bike.

From Easter 2012 there will be a campsite down by the river with seasonal trailer tents all fully equipped to sleep 6 , or why not bring your own tent ? Cars not allowed down to the campsite.
