Maes Yr Haf is going from strength to strength under the new team of Head Chef Ben Griffiths and Manager Mark Wicks. Both the innovative menu and wine list brings new excitement to Swansea that has been missing for some time. The rooms have all been individually designed and have all of the mod cons that ensure that you will have everything you need from free Wi-Fi access i-pod docking stations to soft and fluffy face cloths and bathroom condiments to ensure your whole body gets that relaxing stay. Along with Maes Yr Haf come Three Cliffs Bay which has won many awards and can boast that it currently one of the best beaches in the whole of britain. The rooms have both cable and WiFi connection Ipod docking station/radio and a Playstation 2 which doubles as a DVD player for the large flat-screen HDTV’s. In addition to full room service each room has its own tea and coffee making facilities if preferred.

• Our restaurant’s emphasis is on the use of the best quality fresh produce ranging from local meats fish and vegetables. Almost everything served is made in our kitchen including home-made bread pasta and pastries. Our dishes change seasonally with specials taking advantage of not to be missed opportunities from local suppliers of seafood meats and game. The kitchen is under the direction of Head chef Christos Georgakis who worked in the award winning Angel in Salem near Llandeilo.
