“ Thought that staff were very helpful, I would say that the rooms should be updated a bit but after saying that it was still comfortable.

“ Top Tip: There are some excellent Bars very close to Hotel.

“ Very dissapointed from the moment of arrival, the outside is shoddy, with scaffolding, peeling paint, and a missing entrance door surround. Our room was small and very poorly lit with one downlighter in a corner, one bedside light & one small lamp in a corner. Windows were filthy & frames were thick with black mould inside & out. One window was broken. View out was of scafolding & a poorly kept, dirty flat roof with dirty, discoloured skylights to the room below on which were growing thick moss. The secondary glazing did not help the problem with traffic noise.
En-suite facilities consisted of a tiny toilet / shower with mould spots in many places on the grouting of the very tired, dated tiling, and a wash basin in a corner of the bedroom itself. High places out of easy reach did not look as if they had been cleaned for some while. In very bad need of a complete refurbishment, I can't think how the 3 stars can be justified this is NOT 'Georgian elegance'!
In contrast to the poor state of our room, downstairs, the lounges & restaurant were nice, comfortable, clean & well decorated. Our breakfasts good, and the staff were friendly & helpful.

“ We would certainly return. The standard of cleanliness, service and attention to detail was 100%. The only adverse comment I could make was the smallness of the bedrooms.
We stayed a whole week and couldn't have been happier.

“ Top Tip: A concert by the Morriston Orpheus choir at the Brangwyn Hall.
Swansea town is an excellent shopping centre.
A visit to the National Botanical Gardens of Wales.
The close proximity to the beautiful Gower coast.
