The stylish great value Shaftesbury House Serviced Apartments are within 2 minutes of New Street Station The Hippodrome The Chinese Quarter Selfridges and the Bullring Shopping Centre. All apartments were refurbished in April 2011 and benefit from secure access along with CityQuarters' hassle free 24-hour automated check-in system. Each of the apartments are tastefully furnished and come with a fully equipped kitchen living area with a Flat Screen TV Free Wi-Fi and sleeping area. If paying with American Express City Quarters will add a 3.35% additional charge. Payment will be taken in full at time of booking. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been taken in full. Once payment has been received CityQuarters will issue you with a 4-digit pin which will gain you access to the building. CityQuarters reserve the right to take a £150 security deposit for all 1 or 2 night bookings. If the costs associated with damage caused exceed the damage deposit you will be liable for any outstanding balance. A damage deposit of £150 will be taken for all 1 and 2 night weekend bookings. The deposit will be refunded the next working day once the apartment has been checked for damage and there has been no evidence of parties or disturbance to other guests.

This traditional hotel maintains most of its original architecture. The hotel stands in a prime position within walking distance of New Street staion all major stores and the Bullring shopping centre. The 214 en-suite bedrooms are refreshingly decorated and comfortable with TV Telephone Hairdryer Trouser Press and Tea and Coffee making facilities. View your meals being cooked by the Chef in this open style kitchen and dine in style. Bar rogue is a relaxed and quiet bar that allows you to wind down with a drink or two. There are 10 Conference rooms available for any occasion and can cater for up to 200 people. WIFI is free to all guests and is available in all public areas of the hotel.

“ Stayed here for one night on the 10/11/11. Lobby is nice but the room was very tired. Carpet was stained, loo was dirty, hair in the sink and no bath. The shower curtain was far to big and kept sticking to you.

“ The hotel was adequate for our one night stay, rooms were very nice. However there was building work being carried out opposite the hotel which should not have carried on through the night but it did and was very noisy.

Located in the landmark Mailbox near the City centre and main Trainstation we have 189 of the chicest individually designed rooms and suites in the city. A stunning Bar and Brasserie combining light and style with traditional and wholesome French cooking from an ever changing menu. French in structure reflective of contemporary tastes.
