“ I give Haredown Farm an excellent review, it was very comfortable and the proprietors could not have been more kind and friendly, however your web site led me to expect a 4* hotel. I certainly wasn't expecting a b&b (albeit a very good b&b) and wouldn't have booked one as I would be arriving late and wanted a drink and a meal. They did me a sandwich, for which I was very grateful, but it wasn't what I believed I had booked.
