The cleanliness of bedroom was poor and kitchen was so disgusting we could not use it.
Units were not cleaned and cooker was totally burned.
Freezer had ice from top meeting the bottom.
Housekeeping was another joke as we did not get hand towels and had to "arrest" housekeeper one night at 6pn as he had not been to room - Lazy would be a polite description.
Room service food was excellent and reception was very helpfull

“ This hotel is in big need of a clean up and maintenance, the staff are great but that's all this hotel has to offer, the rooms are not clean only the linen, mould on bathroom ceiling and tiles are not clean there were dirty splash marks... The floors don't get hoovered or the kitchen floor doesn't get mopped, and just before I left there was a cockroach....I would never recommend this place to anyone. Thankfully this didn't spoil my holiday as I spent more time out than in.

“ the hotel was not to the standered as stated on the internet, breakfast very baisic once the food finished non was available after, waiter service poor, language difficulty, facilties of the hotle very poor, room service very arrogant would not replace broken utensils, room not cleaned regularley, slippers not provided, meals were very very baisc, no entertainment close to the hotel, no restaurants, one has to go to town to eat decent meal?
