“ Close to airport, opposite Dubai Mall and with a view of the Burj Khalifa and central to most that Dubai has to offer. On arrival we were greeted with drinks and upgraded to a good sized room with it's own big terrace. Breakfast was good with a good selection. The pool although fairly small was clean annd adequate, although there was a very limited selection of snacks for lunch. The bar is almost seperate from the hotel so drank from mini bar which was stocked daily and complementary water each day. All in all a good hotel, not of the 5 star standard advertised in good location. The only critisism is that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and there is some noise as fronts on to major 4 lane highway. Internet access is also very expensive. Enjoyed our stay.
“ Top Tip: Getting around is easy by taxi. Burj Khalifa is definately worth a visit- 124 floors and the worlds fastest elevator, took less than a minute to the top!

Our visit to this hotel was perfect in every way, from the standard of accommodations through to the quality of food and services, and the attentive service from excellent staff throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and any request we made was dealt with immediately. The hotel is perfectly located for access to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, and within easy reach of the Dubai Metro.
Would thoroughly recommend booking the 'Club Rotana' option, with separate lounge on 14th floor serving breakfast, complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktails & canapes, all of excellent quality (plus free Wi-Fi)
I would definitley stay at this hotel again.
“ Top Tip: City bus tour 'Big Bus' leaves from the front of Dubai Mall and an excellent way to see the city if you have limited time. Can hop on/off at any stop.

“ Very few rooms with balconies. Not all facilities were available during our stay as only one swimming pool was open which was very busy at weekends. We had a Club room which gave us use of the Club lounge with afternoon tea and evening refreshments and snacks which were excellent. Hotel across from Dubai Mall but very busy roads to cross to get there but walkable none the less.
