“ Check-In and Check-Out was quick. The receptionist are not very helpful, a bit cold, not cheerful to see their customer. I will definitely go back to the hotel, is near the museum and not too far from gold souk. journey to airport is not too bad as well, even though we were not inform that we will need to book airport shuttle a day before check out. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
“ Top Tip: few shops from the hotel, when you come out of the hotel, you will turn right, just before the traffic light, there is travel agent office there where you can book for romatic dinner on a nice boat or you can go with friends or family.

Very friendly and helpful staff and nice large bedrooms with good bathroom. Also lots of choice for breakfast with eggs cooked to order.
Well located for historical sites and about 10 mins walk to a metro.
Overall was good value for money and recommend for a sightseeing trip. Furniture seemed rather heavy and dark in public areas and swimming pool area is fairly limited and could do with refurbishing.

The hotel is situated in prime position for nearby attractions and the staaff were very obliging to get you a taxi vertually any time of the day. There is a shuttle service to and from airport as well provided by hotel.
However the porter managed to break our suitcase handle, which we had to replace very promptly. Awaiting management decision for an outcome.
We would definitely go back to this hotel.

Top Tip:
Hotel is five minute walk to creeet where you can hire water taxi or go by water bus for a spectacular sights of unusual buildings.
Local sous were interesting. Could not believe the prices. No VAT and no tax made things dead cheap. Hagling does pay.

“ everyhing about the hotel was excellent,the only exception was checking in. we stayed one night at the begining of our holiday and waited 4 hours for our room to be ready,and 2 nights at the end of our holiday and waited nearly 3 hours then for the room to be cleaned.
“ Top Tip: the hotel restaurants were all excellent.

“ The hotel is in Bur Dubai (historic district) just opposite Dubai museum. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast excellent. This hotel is very good value for money. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were very friendly. The restaurants and bar within the hotel are very good. This was our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed.
“ Top Tip: Hotel was close to the creek and a trip across to the Gold souk is well worth a visit on one of the local Abras (boats) which only costs one dirham (approx 17 pence) each way.
