When sitting at the pool the hotel very noisy with aircraft as it seems to be on the flight path to Dubai Airport.

“ Early check-in was available after an overnight flight from the UK. Meet and greet on arrival and at reception was very good. Third floor Club Room reception team were very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and ready for occupation.

An award winning hotel, centrally located in Bur Dubai, next to Dubai Museum and walking distance to Dubai Creek, Bastakiya Heritage Area, Souk Al Kabeer (Meena Bazaar) and the Textile Market. The hotel offers 173 elegantly furnished rooms in traditional Arabic décor as well as a variety of dining and entertainment options and is one of the only hotels offering a Wellness Spa in the area as well as outdoor swimming pool with sundeck, state of the art gymnasium, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
“ everyhing about the hotel was excellent,the only exception was checking in. we stayed one night at the begining of our holiday and waited 4 hours for our room to be ready,and 2 nights at the end of our holiday and waited nearly 3 hours then for the room to be cleaned.

“ The service you would expect from a hotel of this rating- though i would say it was more four star compared to say the sister hotel next door. Rooms clean beds comfortable - room cleaned very late in the day which was not ideal.
