Excellent hotel. This should be a 5 star hotel, not 4 star! I was fully satisfied with everything. The breakfast consisted of so many different foods and drinks. The bed sheets were clean and well made. The room was elegantly arranged and neat. The bathroom was superbly clean. The TV was a flat screen. There are weighing scales, iron & board, alarm clock, hair dryer provided.
All the staff were very helpful and met all our needs to the highest standard. One of our toilets' flush broke down; the staff fixed this within minutes.
Room service was great. Quick and friendly!
The balcony had amazing views of the city.
We had an amazing time at this hotel and plenty of restful nights sleep! Will definitely come again.
“ Top Tip: So many things are nearby this hotel. There's a tram station nearby, as well as a bus station. There are convenience stores, KFC, Nando's and other restaurants. It's a very central and convenient location. Only 10 mins or less to the Dubai mall by taxi.

“ I thought the reception staff were very rude. I was annoyed of being asked to have a pre-authorization from my credit card. On checking out they could not cancel this for 3 days. The sheets were stained on my bed. On the plus side, the breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff were polite and attentive.
