Ideally located for peace and quiet yet only five minutes walk into the village The Glen Lui is set in a secluded location within two acres of woodlands on Royal Deeside. The hotel is within the boundaries of Cairngorms National Park and enjoys stunning views over the golf course to Lochnagar. The location is ideal for walking golf skiing during winter and fly fishing on the River Dee. We are also on the Malt Whisky and Castle Trail and Balmoral Castle is only 8 miles away.The hotel has a spacious restaurant where a great deal of imagination goes into the preparation of the restaurant menus and the food is first class using fresh local produce with a suitably supportive wine list. We also have a welcoming bar and good range of Malts.Ample car parking. Quiet and peaceful location. Dogs welcome in our Pine Terrace rooms.
“ I was made to feel most welcome. The facilities were excellent. The rooms are well appointed and are very comfortable. The only meal I had was breakfast and I was well satisfied by both the quality of food and the standard of service.

“ I would always recommend staying in a suite at this hotel as on previous visits the rooms have been very tired! On this occasion however, the suite was perfect for our requirements.
