Nice hotel, staff very helpful. Food was ok but for a four star hotel it was perhaps alittle below standard. Plenty choice at breakfast.

Some rooms are affected by noise from nearby clubs, making sleep impossible until after 3
Had to make 2 requests for staff to take action when a drunk resident next door kicked door off its hinges
No heating in one room
No hot food on offer due to gas maintenance
Staff unable to provide seperate receipts for rooms
No possibility of early check in, check out extended for an hour only
Ridiculous charges for wifi
