“ This is a very friendly, clean hotel, Staff are very helpful and friendly, I had 2 children with me and the were treated superbly, the facilities are very clean and the staff at the leisure club were also helpful and friendly, The food was excellent and my children were well catered for and treated very well, This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at and would recomened this hotel to everyone!!

Room was ok but oppressively hot.The hotel obviously knew this as they had put
2 fans in the room.Even with these and the windows open it was very uncomfortable.
No fresh fruit at breakfast
The pool couldn`t be used in the morning since there were swimming lessons for local kids

For a four star hotel it lacked basics. No water in rooms. plastic cups instead of glass. No hotel directory in rooms. Hotels overall apperance is shabby. Lower bar very shabby and service un knowledgable. The presence and apperance of a brandy glass seemed unheard of.
Room quality basic.
Evening meal food quality very good and service good.
breakfast service poor and staff uniforms appeared dirty.
reception staff unattentive.
I was very disappointed.

“ could do with some t.l.c., all main rooms with the exception of the dining room are badly needing done up !! the best maintained part of the hotel was the gardens !!

“ An Old country house in need of refurbishment. Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, a compliment to the hotel! Room was clean and adequate although view was of another building with rooms about 15' feet away!
