Just off junction 11 of the M40 the Holiday Inn Express Banbury is centrally located between Birmingham and London. Within easy access of Stratford upon Avon Warwick and Oxford being only a 25 minute drive.120 en-suite bedrooms and 4 conference rooms with complimentary internet access throughout the hotel. Guests can also enjoy a complimentary hot option or continental breakfast. For those guest wishing to dine with us we offer a selection of light snacks throughout the day but for those wishing something a little more substantial there are two restaurants. The bar is also available throughout the day and is open to non-residents until 11.00pm. Clean and modern en-suite bedrooms. Neutral Décor throughout. Flat screen TVs with a selection of free view channels direct dial telephones and teacoffee making facilities are also available in the rooms.
“ Clean, comfortable. Pleasant staff. Breakfast good, plenty of choice. It is somewhere that i would use for an overnight stop on a journey but not where iIwould go for a longer holiday. It was entirely suitable for what I required this time.

Centuries old farmhouse with stone floors fireplaces and beams set in pretty gardens with private parking just minutes walk from the town centre with pubs cafes restaurants and Castle Quay shopping centre Convenient for M40 Cotswolds Stratford on Avon Woodstock Oxford Bicester Village shopping outlet Silverstone and Warwick choice of good golf courses nearby and just minutes by car out into pretty countryside and some great country pubs and dining venues.We serve Full English Breakfast using British Bacon and Sausage Free Range Eggs and British produce wherever possible. Also offering Continental Style Breakfast including croissants Organic British Yoghurts local and British Jams and preserves selection of juices and fresh fruit.We are now pleased to announce that we have a licensed bar.

Situated close to Banbury Cross itself The Whately is set in its own beautiful gardens. The cast of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice got into character easily during their stay here while filming the TV series in the surrounding area taking inspiration from the stunning scenery all around. Hidden staircases priest holes and the resident friendly ghost of Father Bernard are famously part of the charm of this 17th Century treasure. A good starting point for exploring the Cotswolds Stratford-upon-Avon Warwick Castle and Oxford.
“ Old main building with more recent extension benefiting from good views at the rear over pleasant garden. Good central location in Banbury with private car park. Decor in communal areas was in places tired, at the time of our visit both Gents toilets on the ground floor near bar and restaurant were out of order.
