“ Good location, not far off centre of Belfast. Reception area looked a bit little a hostel, rather stark. Parking was very secure and good for central location. More a location for business people than tourists. Evening menu not great but plenty of choice nearby. Breakfast good though not great.

Rooms spacious as expected but shower leaked and mouldy at edges. Warm and comfortable and staff friendly.
Breakfast unlimited but seating area too small at rush times so rather stressful.
