We were greeted and checked in by a very rude receptionist who made us feel stupid for asking a few questions.
We only had a nearly empty roll of toilet paper in our room and only 1 towel, even though we booked for 2 people.
One night was quiet windy and the emergency exit door next to our room banged loudly all night long. When I mentioned this at our checkout the receptionist completely dismissed the complaint and ended the conversation.
Breakfast ended far too early.

“ I stayed at Jurys Inn in Belfast at Christmas 2011 for 5 days. The hotel was clean and smart, as was my room. Staff were polite and friendly at all times. The heating went off in my room after a few days and within minutes, domestic staff supplied me with an oil heater. Breakfast times were offered over a longer period than other hotels I've visited, allowing for lie-ins. Breakfast food was plentiful and of good quality although I was disappointed not to see soda or potato bread - this was Belfast - why not? My room was quiet despite the hotel being in a busy area. Hotel is central to tourist and social amenities - buses, taxis, cafes, restaurants, cinema, theatre etc. I'd a very pleasant stay, would try this hotel again and would recommend it to others. I would rate it as 8 or 9 out of 10.

“ days hotel location was great and close to restaurants, bars and shops. the rooms were basic and clean except our soap dispenser in the shower was empty, but im sure if we had asked for some we would have got it. breakfast was also great with a large variety of food. also the free car park for residents of the hotel was a big bonus.
