“ Hotel is comfortable, large, busy with friendly professional staff. We always stay here when in Belfast which says it all. 10 mins from Belfast Centre & sited in an extremely pleasant area.
“ Top Tip: Walking by River Lagan (either direction) from Shaws Bridge is relaxing in very picturesque surroundings. Lock-Keeper's Cottage Coffee bar 400m along river towards belfast highly recommended (interesting history too...) + we had a great evening at the Hilden Brewery Restaurant (the 'Tap Room') 6 miles away in Lisburn. Titanic Exhibition in Belfast is superb.

“ Lovely swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi and adjacent steam room and sauna - great relaxation. Pity the pool wasn't open later than 5.00pm on Saturday though. Restaurant had ok range of options for evening meal and breakfast couldn't have been better. Excellent room.
“ Top Tip: The Botanical Gardens are within easy driving reach, small but with beautiful Victorian glass house.

I experienced a problem with the bathroom shower, and resorted to using the bath, only to discover that having bathed there was no way I could release the bath plug to empty the water.
The breakfast whilst wide ranging and of sound quality, was spoilt by the cooked breakfast being brought to my table prematurely before I had eaten my cereals.The waitress had a communication problem with me!
