An excellent, unpretentious, friendly hotel.
Check-in was a breeze - receptionist 'Chanice' was very friendly and efficient. Infact, all the reception staff I met, Chanice, Emma and the receptionist on check -out were lovely. The room was well equipt and the decor was quite fitting. Lovely and considerate house -keeping staff, particularly Lena and Eva.
I really do not enjoy staying in hotels where staff are stuffy or pretentious - characteristics I have encountered in hotels at all star-rating levels. The Birmingham Nite Nite hotel was quite exceptional in this respect. Every member of staff I interacted with had a smile and gently toned voice and knew their stuff! None were fazed , even when dealing with varied groups of very louds hens!
Great location - for access to Broad Street bars, The Mailbox,The Bullring, Brindley Place and all transport links.
Perhaps the TV's are a little too big and a hotel should offer the option of a landline number for reservations, but these are very minor preferences.
Overall, I think the Nite Nite rates an 8.5 out of ten.
The whole Nite Nite Birmingham team should be proud of the product and service. Keep it up!!
