“Unfortunately we had booked 2 apartments, for 11 people in total and were advised that we would be moved from the Spires two days before arrival. The new apartment was located a few minutes walk away so didn’t create a problem, the gentleman on concierge - Mohammed was an absolute treasure, really looked after us all

stay in the postbox apartments if you can for the level of service given

“Basically your own one-bed apartment. Great location. Amazing thought given into stocking the kitchen - coffee, tea, salt, pepper, milk capsules, toaster, microwaves, dishwasher. There was free internet. Absolutely amazing for the price. Much much more comfortable and vast amount of room compared to a 4 star hotel.

Superb, first rate location, next to The Mailbox.

“First time we've stayed in Catered Suites. The Spires in Birmingham is excellent. Near to great restaurants and shops and the city centre. Couldn't reccommend in highly enough, the apartment had everything you could want and more.
“Top Tip:
Right by The Mailbox and 5mins walk from New Street Station. Try The Glee Club for entertainment, live music and comedy only a few minutes walk away in the Arcadian Centre.
