“ The hotel was adequate for our one night stay, rooms were very nice. However there was building work being carried out opposite the hotel which should not have carried on through the night but it did and was very noisy.

This hotel is very near the station, and while it could do with an upgrade, the standard of hygiene relating to bedroom and bathroom was adequate. However I think that in this day and age the single bed provided would be regarded as too small and narrow. i also felt that the sugar in the bowl at breakfast had been used and it was unnecessary to limit the amount of toast supplied to one round of bread
the receptionist was very helpful in showing me alternative rooms when i felt the first wasn't quite what i had wanted
“ Top Tip: Very close to railway station and shopping! I visited Coventry, only 20 minutes by train , and saw the two cathedrals

we have stayed at this hotel once before because we found it to be easy to get to by bus from the National coach station
the hotel is very comfortable and clean, breakfast was enjoyable plenty to eat.
we would stay again if we were to go to birmingham

The hotel itself was clean and well presented and the staff welcoming. It is ideal for the rail station and the proximity to central Birmingham is good. The lift is an interesting experience.
It suffers a bit from being next to a pub and the street it is on is a side street adjoining the station and car park, not the most pleasant outlook.
But for a City centre hotel in very easy reach of the station it does the job.

The 214 en-suite bedrooms are refreshingly decorated and comfortable with TV Telephone Hairdryer Trouser Press and Tea and Coffee making facilities. View your meals being cooked by the Chef in this open style kitchen and dine in style. Bar rogue is a relaxed and quiet bar that allows you to wind down with a drink or two. There are 10 Conference rooms available for any occasion and can cater for up to 200 people. WIFI is free to all guests and is available in all public areas of the hotel.
“ Great location for a city break very central. Room was on the 4th floor and decor good, clean bathroom a little dated, but good, very good shower. Negatives - difficult to find in a car, due to it's location.

“ Stayed here for one night on the 10/11/11. Lobby is nice but the room was very tired. Carpet was stained, loo was dirty, hair in the sink and no bath. The shower curtain was far to big and kept sticking to you.
