Lovely clean hotel, most helpful staff, especially the young receptionist, she couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was very good as was bar food. We would highly reccommend this hotel and would not hesitate to go back there again.
Room wasn't huge but as big as you need for your requirements, clean and comfortable.
“ Top Tip: Very good carvery pub just around the corner called the Malt Shovel, very good food and not at all expensive.

“ Ok hotel for an overnight stay, quiet area and easy to find. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. First room smelled either musty or the drains were going! Moved to another but the same problem. Eventually the 4th room was suitable. Nothing special but adequate but everything seemed in need of some TLC.
“ Top Tip: Pub round the corner - The Malt Shovel, cheap and cheerful and excellent carvery!
