We found this hotel comfortable and convenient, only a couple of minutes walk from New Street station and all of the city centre bars and restaurants.
Staff were friendly at check in/check out and when we needed advice/information.

Top Tip: The bars and atmosphere in the 'Mailbox' were really good and the Tappenyaki Japanese restaurant was excellent.

The hotel was immaculate,the staff where great,we where very near to all the local attractions in Birmingham..
we did find that the bar was a bit expensive so we went out on the second night to other bars.
There was a bit of noise through both nights but it was St Patricks weekend .

Top Tip: The canal side was good ,the canal trip was a waste of money unless you like graffiti.

Stayed here for one night on the 10/11/11. Lobby is nice but the room was very tired. Carpet was stained, loo was dirty, hair in the sink and no bath. The shower curtain was far to big and kept sticking to you. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about a minute and then stopped - no apology at checkout! Housekeeping tried to get into the room to clean at around 8am as I was getting ready! Wouldn't stay again.

I was a bit concerned when I arrived at the hotel and they had no note of my booking. After 10 minutes, one of the Reservation staff sorted it out (they hadn't received a fax from you or the supplier).

Hotel was fine- quiet room and a good breakfast.

Was very central for shops and railway station.
