Very friendly atmosphere for a large impressive hotel, staff very helpful in particular the concierge.
Rooms well equipped with floor to ceiling windows giving you fantastic views of the city.
Food of a very high standard, though as would be expected of this class of hotel, it is expensive.
“ Top Tip: Nice canal side restaurants with outdoor seating giving you that continental ambience. Hard to believe you are in the centre of Birmingham.

Stayed one night at the Hyatt in Birmingham as we had tickets for the Symphony Hall which is easily accessed from the hotel. Check-in, service and accomodation were excellent and the breakfast the following morning provided a good choice of both continental and full English.
We would certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the city.

“ Lovely rooms, food and staff. No ice machine which is disappointing considering there is a mini bar in the room. Ice can be requested however and an ice bucket delivered to the room. It would be nice if reception staff could volunteer some information about swimming pool, bar etc instead of having to ask about everything.
“ Top Tip: Disabled guests can phone ahead and book parking which is all done by the conciege. Great as the car park is a long walk.
