“ The whole hotel looks like something from the 60's, I have never seen a bathroom like it in any hotel i have ever stopped in. I was told the TV didn't work which they only found out that morning, but to be honest the TV was as old as the hotel so there is no way the TV has worked since the digital switch over. Over all a very bad experience.
“ Top Tip: The hotel is near to Broad Street so that is the only up side i found.

room was dirty all around the bath was black mouldy silicone. Plug did not fit bath. hot water only trickled. staff on arrival very unhelpfull and surly lady at reception on leaving was very nice
food in restaraunt at breakfast dry been in hotplate too long hotel needa a damn good cleaning

Staff rude.
Room dirty, peeling wallpaper, light fittings hanging off the wall above your head, extremely noisy. Fire alarm went off four times during the night. No toilet roll in room, cobwebs and the tv did not work nor did the remote. Do not stay in this hotel.
“ Top Tip: Hagley Road has many shops cafes bars etc, but avoid late at night if on your own.
