“ Great comfortable stay for 2 nights, room clean and presentable - no issues. Reception colleagues very helpful and available 24/7. Breakfast was great - self service eat as much as you like.... I would recommend this hotel and when in Birmingham again have no hesitation to re book into this hotel. Value for money.
“ Top Tip: At Star City is the bus stop to get you into the town, this journey is about 15 mins, ideal and they run every 15 minutes.

“ 4th time I've stayed at the Hampton. If all you want is a clean and comfortable room, it is excellent and at a very low cost. If you want anything more from your hotel stay, look elsewhere because gyms and fine dining it does not offer.
“ Top Tip: Loads of entertainment and restaurants within a 2 minute walk at Star City

“ The hotel is conveniently located for Star City where there are plenty of chain restaurants to eat. The rooms and hotel are reasonably well kept / new. The rooms have irons, ironing boards hair-dryers, nice bathroom with a big shower, comfy bed and a TV. The TV is flat screen, but quite small by today's standard. The breakfast bar can get crowded and the seating is limited as some of the other reviews stated, but the food was good (for a serve yourself buffet). Well worth the money on this occasion.
