Check-in date:

The hotel is the worst I have ever been. My room was 'room within a room' ! Separated by indoor. Just like sleeping in the sitting room and other people in the bedroom. I could hear every single word the Guys in the next room said. Too noise, cold and dirtiest ever. Really not recommended. Staff are poor and very incompetent.

Unsatisfactory

Not so much a room more a cupboard, I could almost touch both opposite walls. It bore no resemblance to the website's featured bedrooms.
Despite plenty of no smoking signs someone had clearly been smoking in my room - which made me wonder, was the alarm system ignored or did it just not work?
The security doors outside my room banged so loudly I expected to find it on the floor next morning. The wifi was indeed free but only works on floors 1&2 - i was on 3!
The price was a special offer - that's the only reason I didn't complain
The linen was beautifully clean
