“ I have travelled to many places and stayed in countless hotels and B&Bs around the world but Dale End has to rank as the friendliest I have ever stayed. It was more like staying with close friends than a B&B. The room was fine, beds comfortable, the whole place was very clean and breakfast was really good.

“ Top Tip: The River Wear at Witton Park is just a short drive away and has lovely walks.
